General information only

SomethingTools' calculators and converters are provided for general information and convenience. While we test every formula, results may be affected by rounding, input mistakes or edge cases. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for financial, legal, medical, engineering or other professional decisions.

Exchange rates

Currency conversions use European Central Bank reference rates, which are published once per working day and are for information purposes. They are not the rates offered by banks, card issuers or exchange services, which usually include fees or margins. We are not a financial adviser and nothing on this site is financial advice.

Dates and ages

Date and age calculations follow the counting rules described on each tool page. Legal definitions — for example of when someone born on 29 February reaches a given age, or how deadlines are counted — differ between countries.

File tools

PDF and image tools depend on your browser and device. Output quality, fidelity and compatibility can vary. Keep your original files. Whiteout in the PDF Editor is not secure redaction, and drawn signatures are not certified digital signatures.
