Reporting a problem

To help us fix a bug quickly, include:

which tool you were using and what you expected to happen;
your browser and device, for example "Safari on iPhone 15" or "Chrome on Windows 11";
for file tools, the file type and approximate size.

Please don't email us confidential documents. Our tools are designed so we never see your files, and we'd like to keep it that way. If a specific file causes a problem, describe it instead, or make a copy with the sensitive content removed.
